Steve Leroy Beardmore

Stephen Leroy "Steve" Beardmore, 68, passed away Monday, January 3, 2022 in Shawnee, OK. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 5, 2022 from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. Funeral Services will be Thursday, January 6, 2022 at 9:00 A.M. at Walker Funeral Service Chapel. Graveside Services will be at 1:00 P.M. Thursday at Kingfisher Cemetery, Kingfisher, OK. Steve was born August 30, 1953 in San Diego, California to Glenn Beardmore and Gwendolyn (Whitfield) Beardmore. He was stationed in Guam while serving in the United States Coast Guard. Steve retired from O.G.&E. in 2013. He was a member of the American Legion and the V.F.W. He was preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his wife: Betty Beardmore of the home, a son: Aaron Beardmore and wife Justina of CA, a daughter: Gwen Lyles and husband Jacob of Bethel, 7 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, his mother: Gwendolyn Beardmore of CA, and a brother: David Beardmore and wife Lucky, and numerous other family members and friends.
