Shawn Michael Slavens

Shawn Michael Slavens, 46, passed away Monday, July 11, 2022 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Memorial services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 18, 2022 at Walker Funeral Service Chapel. Shawn was born July 26, 1975 in Fort Riley, Kansas. He was raised by his mother and step-father, Rebecca (Murphy) and Earl Jones. Shawn attended school in California and came to Oklahoma in 2000. He enjoyed listening to music and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Jenny Roddick. Survivors included two sons: Nathanial Daniels of Arizona and Collin Langdon of Ohio, siblings: Chris Jones and wife B.K. of Shawnee, Stephanie Powers and husband Brandon of Midwest City, Jeremiah Golden of Colorado, Virginia Jones of Shawnee, Cathy Jones of Shawnee, Freddie Jones of Colorado, and Adeline Jones of Ada, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
