Roberta Ann Wood

Roberta Ann Wood went to be with her Lord and Savior January 26, 2021. She was born July 21, 1935 in Clinton, OK to Matthew Glen Ruyle and Gwendolyne Opal Watson Ruyle. Roberta married Bobby D. Wood July 30 1976 in OKC. She graduated Capitol Hill High School in 1953. She lived in Clinton, OKC, Pomona, CA, Midwest City and McLoud, OK and worked for Farha Toy Co., Sears and 21 Years at TAFB as a Req. Control Officer. Roberta was loved by her family and friends. She is survived by Husband Bobby D. Wood, Brother Ronald G. Ruyle, Children Greg Mikes and wife Cheryl, Doug Mikes and wife Paula, Glen Mikes, Paul Wood and wife Kimberly, Carla Manning, Shalisa Buley and husband Jerrel and many Grand and Great Grand Children and a host of other family members. Donations can be made to New Life Baptist Church / Food Pantry. Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday Feb.1 at New Life Baptist Church, 8900 S Peebly, Newalla, OK. Masks Required. Interment following at Dale Cemetery. Viewing at Walker Funeral Service, 201 E 45th St. Shawnee, OK Saturday & Sunday with Family in attendance Sun.3-5 pm.
