Richard Lee Spencer

Richard Lee Spencer, 78, of Shawnee, died Wednesday, November 25 in Oklahoma City.
Richard was born March 18, 1942 in Battle Creek, Michigan to Delbert Spencer, Sr. and Betty (Hoxie) Spencer. He retired from Shawnee Parks Department and Walmart. He attended Hazel Dell Baptist Church, and enjoyed helping people, collecting things and photography.
He is survived by his wife Hazel of 55 years, his daughter Penny, his brothers Delbert and Paul, his sister Annette and his four grandsons and their families.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 28 at Dale Cemetery with Lee Witt officiating, under the direction of Walker Funeral Service.
