Paulyne Moucka

Paulyne Moucka, 87, of Shawnee, died Saturday, September 22, 2018 in a local nursing home.Graveside services will be 3:00 p.m. Thursday, September 27 at Fairview Cemetery in Shawnee with Rev. Travis Hurst officiating, under the direction of Walker Funeral Service.Paulyne was the 6th daughter of Walter Austin Tinker and Ida Rosella Gibson-Tinker, born February 10, 1931 in Shawnee, OK. Her siblings were Maybelle, Syble, John Robert, Lyle, Vade, Rama Lee, Jeanie, Buddy, Allen and Dewayne. She graduated in 1949 from Shawnee High School. On November 3, 1950 she married Hubert Moucka in Texarkana, Arkansas, and they had four children together. She later went on to graduate from Vo-Tech in 1975 and became a nurse at Shawnee Medical Center, where she stayed for her entire nursing career.She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church.Paulyne was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings and her daughter, Sandee.She is survived by her children and their spouses, Becky Briggs & Tom Okutsu, Mike & Jamie Moucka and Jana Jones, her grandchildren, Heather Richardson, Matthew & Katie Briggs, Cody Briggs, Mysti Moucka, Chanse & Sarah Moucka, Sean Moucka, Kris Moucka, Saylor Fields & Seth Fields. Her great-grandchildren, Gabby Richardson, Denton Berry, Paislee Reece, Alyssa & Ayden Moucka, Thea & Reed Moucka and Kavin Bolding. And great great grandchildren Marley Codopony and Eogan Stotlar.
