Shawnee resident, Patricia Louise Ramsey, 78, died November 20, 2019 at her home. Patricia was born December 16, 1940 in Bakersfield, California to Charles Edgar & Hazel Louise (Winkle) Sullivan. She served in the United States Air Force for 2 years, and worked as an item manager for Tinker Air Force Base for over 30 years. In 1983 she married Jack Ramsey. No funeral services are planned at this time.
