Before his much-anticipated arrival, Nickalas gently departed this realm, leaving behind family and friends not yet met.
Nickalas is survived by a loving community of family who will cherish his memory. His devoted mother, Sienna Carter, and father, Nick Smitha, hold him close in their hearts, carrying a love that knows no bounds. Grandmothers Tara Carter and Christie Solace, along with grandfather James Smitha III, will forever cherish his name. Nickalas's life is also embraced in the warmth of his great-grandmother, Sherry Anderson who will forever keep his spirit alive.
Aunts Layla Carter, Sarah Thorpe, and Nikki Carter proudly claim his memory, and uncles Darren "XNDR" Carter, James Smitha III, and Edwin "Bittys" Thorpe stand strong in support of their family. Great-aunts Letha Carter, Lois Carter, and Maxine Carter, as well as great-uncles Larry Carter, Frank Carter, and Thomas Carter, have woven themselves into the fabric of his short yet impactful existence.
Nickalas joins his beloved great-great-grandmother, great-uncle Bradlee Coffee, Lela Carter, and great-grandfather, James Smitha II, who welcome him with open arms beyond this life. He now watches over many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family and family friends.
The family invites all who wish to celebrate Nickalas's spirit to join them for the funeral service at Sallateeska Baptist Church located at 45703 Garrett's Lake Rd, Shawnee, OK 74802, on May 20, 2025, beginning at 10:00 AM.
