He enjoyed working at James Sausage with his long-time friend, David James. Since then, he fell in love with photography and spent the next couple of decades really seeing what he could do with it. He enjoyed watching Star Trek, Western TV shows and movies, and cheering for the Sooners on game day. Michael was a voracious eater of watermelons and cantaloupe. His best passions were being an herbalist and spiritual guide to those that were lost.
He is survived by his son, Dakota Berry, sister, Diane Sue Griffin, niece, Corrine Sue Griffin, great niece, Everleigh Blackshire, uncle, Dale Davis, nephew, Craig Griffin, life-long friend, David James and wife, Tammi, among many others that were fortunate enough to know him and call him "friend."
