Loydell "LD" Cummins

Loydell “LD” Cummins, 77, of Shawnee, passed away Tuesday, February 18 in a local hospital.

Memorial services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 22 in the chapel of Walker Funeral Service with Kevin Nagle officiating.

LD was born May 27, 1942 in Shawnee, OK to Lester & Marjorie (Killian) Rushing. She married Ronald Cummins, and worked as an office manager for a finance company for many years. She loved reading, dancing, traveling and spending time with family.

She was preceded in death by her parents and Rhonda Richardson.

LD is survived by 3 daughters: Tammy Curry (Kevin), Robin Cummins (Amber Booe), and Shelly Wilson; 3 sons: Dewayne Cummins, Dean Cummins, and Roy Luna (Trish); many grandchildren. She is also survived by 2 sisters: Mary Rushing, and Peggy Atwater (Gary), and 2 brothers: David Rushing (Virgil), and Ralph Rushing (Letricia).
