Kenneth Ivan Riddle

Riddle, Kenneth Ivan, age 91, passed away on Thursday, August 6th, 2026 in Norman, Oklahoma. Kenneth was born June 9, 1935 in Ten Sleep, Wyoming to Robert L. and Frances I. (Brown) Riddle. Ten Sleep, Wyoming provided the backdrop for his youth. He later moved to Colorado, running an oil field service company in Colorado, then moved to California for about a year before settling in Shawnee in 1979 to be closer to his wife Joyce's family. Kenneth enjoyed prospecting for gold, building quality cedar chests, and playing basketball. Above all, he adored his wife and family.

Survivors include his son Brad Riddle of Shawnee, OK, grandchildren: Brandon Riddle and wife Toshia of Yukon, OK, Amanda Thurmann and husband Mike of Yukon, OK; sisters in law: Vivian Garner of Shawnee, OK; 7 great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents, loving wife Joyce, brother Robert E. Riddle, sisters: JoAnne Riddle, Lois Mulholland and sister in law Barbara Riddle of Enid, OK.

Friends and loved ones may pay their respects at the funeral home on Monday, August 10, 2026 from 12-6pm with family present to greet friends from 4-6pm. A funeral ceremony to celebrate Kenneth's life will be held at 10AM Tuesday, August 11, 2026 in the chapel at Walker Funeral & Cremation Service. Following the ceremony, Kenneth will be laid to rest next to his wife Joyce at Memory Lane Cemetery in Anadarko, Oklahoma.
