Joseph "Joe" Alford Bell

Shawnee resident, Joseph Alford Bell, 79, passed away Saturday, July 6 at his home.

Services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 11, 2019 in the chapel of Walker Funeral Service with Rev. Todd Fisher officiating.

Burial will follow in White Dove Cemetery, Sparks, OK.

Joe was born September 2, 1939 in Sparks, Oklahoma to Zerietta Newnam and Joseph Denzel Bell.  He was a graduate of Capitol Hill High School in Oklahoma City, and married Audrey Kilpatrick.  He was a sheet metal worker in the construction industry, and a member of SMART Local Union 124 for 60 years, retiring in 2001.

Joe was preceded in death by a grandson, Christopher Bell, his parents and his brothers.

He is survived by his wife, Audrey Bell, 2 daughters & 1 son-in-saw:  Joetta Bell, and Lori & David Campbell, grandchildren: Jenea Heilaman, Miranda Taulbee, Michael & Kaitlin Campbell, and Allyson Campbell, great-grandchildren: Kaitlynne Heilaman, Madison Patkowski, Braxton Hauch, Whitley Taulbee, Tinnie Taulbee and Emalie Campbell
