Harold V. Moore

Shawnee resident Harold Moore, 88, died Sunday, December 10, 2017 in an Oklahoma City hospital.Services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 15, 2017 at Walker Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Mike Craig & Rev. Ted Moore officiating.  Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Harold was born May 3, 1929 in Meeker, OK to D.M. “Ted” & Mamie (Green) Moore.  He attended Meeker High School and served in the U.S. Army. On August 2, 1953 he married Geneva Loman. She preceded him in death on March 27, 2005.  Harold was an assembly worker for Sheet Metal Co., lived in the Shawnee & Meeker areas most of his life and was a member of Temple Baptist Church. He was also preceded in death by his parents.Harold is survived by: 2 Sons & Daughters-in-Law: Terry & Scarlet Moore of Oklahoma City, and Ted & Dottie Moore of Success, MO Grandchildren & Spouses: Nick Moore, Tim Moore, Stacy & Matt Charney, Brian & Celeste Kettner 3 Great Grandsons: Braxtyn, Caisyn and Levi
