Glen Lamb of Shawnee passed to his Heavenly Home on Thursday, October 21, 2021 after 59 years of life. A devoted and fun-loving husband, father and PawPaw, Glen was a lionhearted man who enjoyed hunting, fishing and cooking for family and friends. He knew from a young age that he wanted to be a carpenter and he could turn any piece of wood into a thing of beauty. He was a 1980 graduate of Shawnee High School. While in high school, Glen attended Gordon Cooper Vocational School earning a general carpentry skills certificate. He also attended Seminole Junior College graduating with an Associates Degree in Construction Management. He proudly held the title of AGC Certified Master Carpenter. His talent was always in demand and he worked on everything from small projects to multi-million dollar estates. He spent his career mostly in residential construction and was currently employed as a Construction Consultant for UBuidIt in Oklahoma City. There was nothing he couldn't build. Glen was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Doris (Stiers) Lamb, his in-laws, Edward and Carolyn Martin, Uncle Paul Stiers, and all of his maternal and paternal grandparents.
