Robin Landry

Robin Landry went to his heavenly home peacefully on Wednesday, August 4th in Shawnee. A private family graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, August 9, 2021 at Holdenville Cemetery. Robin was born in Biloxi, Mississippi to Vergie M. Landry and Creighton E. Landry. Robin served in the Navy from 1966 until 1979. Although Robin had several assignments, he was very proud of his service aboard the submarine USN Swordfish 579. Robin attended college at Oklahoma State University. While at OSU Robin obtained an MBA. After pursuing a carrier in real-estate and film making, Robin married his wife Judy in 1975 and moved to his childhood hometown of Shawnee to pursue his passion for financial planning. Robin was active in his beloved community and served on several advisory boards including Isaiah’s Lighthouse and at Oklahoma Baptist University. Robin loved to travel, garden, and to help others. Robin is survived by his wife Judy, daughter Terah Crowley of Shawnee, and son and daughter in law Doug and Melanie Davis of Silverdale, Washington. Robin leaves ten grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, brother in-law David Lollar of Tecumseh, and his 3 beloved brothers Chris, George, and Ken.
