Don "Poppie" Welch, 69, of Meeker passed away Monday, December 4, 2017 in an Oklahoma City hospital.Services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 7, 2017 at Country Faith Church, Meeker with Pastor John Hazelton officiating. Burial will follow in Jamison Cemetery.The family has designated a local animal shelter as appropriate to make contributions to in Don's memory.
