Asaiah Itibi Samuels, 3 months old, died Sunday, June 28, 2015 in Shawnee. Wake services will be 7:00 pm Friday, July 3, 2015 at First Indian Baptist Church. Funeral service will be 11:00 am Saturday, July 4, 2015 at First Indian Baptist Church. Asaiah Itibi Samuels was born March 18, 2015 in Shawnee to Asa and Patricia (Tehauno) Samuels. He was born prematurely and given the name “Itibi” which means “fighter” in Choctaw. He brought so much joy in the short time he was here on earth. He is survived by his parents: Asa and Patricia; 1 brother: Angel Avitia; 1 sister: Addison Samuels; Grandparents: Saweke and Carol Sulphur, Vernon and Harriet Tehauno; Great-Grandparents: Norris Samuels, Patsy Tehauno; Great-Aunt and Uncles: Verna and Bodie Wetselline, Joel Samuels, Arden Samuels, Jan Frances, Garon Tehauno, Robert Tehauno; Auntie Yvonne, and Auntie Shawna; Aunts: Rainey Sulphur, Tamra Samuels, Tamara Tehauno & Aja Tainpeah; Uncles: David Samuels, Reuben Tehauno; Ayo Factor & Jai Tainpeah; Cousins, Elijah, Jordan, Mahaya, Izzi, Brooklyn, Alana, Alexis, Athena and Paiden; and numerous other family members.
